Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. whipping cream
    8 oz. Cheez Whiz (Mexican is best)
    2 Tbsp. flour, mixed with 1/2 c. milk
    1 can chicken broth (or 2 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 10 oz. water)
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter (do not brown).
    Add chicken broth and broccoli.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to a boil and serve.
    Makes 8 servings.
