Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    diced onion to taste
    1 can cream of celery soup
    frozen spinach
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cloves garlic
    small sour cream
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with salt and pepper; simmer with onion, garlic, soup and sour cream.
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, layer meat mix, then layer of sliced frozen spinach until gone.
    Cover with Mozzarella cheese, shaved.
