Potato-Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes
    3 large leeks bottoms
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 pt. (or more) chicken broth
    1 small clove garlic
    1 tsp. Accent seasoning
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, leeks, celery, carrots and onion in enough water to keep from sticking until tender.
    Add chicken broth, garlic, Accent, salt, and pepper.
