Pork Chops Hawaiian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 center-cut pork chops
salt and pepper
all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Sprinkle chops
with
salt and pepper.
Coat with flour and brown on one side in hot shortening.
Mix pineapple, sugar and cinnamon.
Turn
chops
and
cover with pineapple mixture; reduce heat to
simmer.
Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes until chops are tender.
Yield:
4 servings.
