Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix on medium speed until well blended.
    Add 1 cup chopped nuts and 16 ounce bag butterscotch bits.
    Mix until well blended.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
    Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 350\u00b0.
