Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 onion, chopped
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions with butter and a little salt and pepper. After squash has cooked down, add salt, pepper and remaining ingredients. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
