Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. half and half milk
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Freeze bread slices; cut off crust, then break into cubes and cover bottom of buttered Pyrex dish.
    Cover bread cubes with sausage.
    Mix eggs, dry mustard, salt and milk.
    Pour over sausage.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. (Can be prepared the night before and kept in refrigerator.
    Bake next morning.)
