Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Sear the chops in a small amount of oil.
    Add uncooked rice, tomatoes, onion, etc.
    Turn heat to low, cover with a heavy lid and cook about 45 minutes.
    Lift pork chops from pan, with spatula, including rice and onions.
    Serve with garnish.
