Georgia'S Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground meat
    12 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, chopped
    1 tomato can water
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Fry ground meat in pressure cooker.
    (Use salt to keep from sticking.)
    Add onion and keep stirring until meat shows no pink. Do not brown.
    Add macaroni, tomatoes, water and seasoning.
    Bring to pressure and cook 5 minutes.
    Let gauge return to normal. Open and serve immediately with shredded cheese topping each serving, or if served family style on top of bowl.
