Tomato Cheese Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. pie crust mix
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 ripe medium-size tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onions sauteed in 2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust mix following label directions, adding 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese.
    Roll out or flatten and push into pie plate bottom and up the sides.
    Prick with fork, sides and bottom. Bake in hot oven, 425\u00b0, for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool.
    Spoon remaining Cheddar and Swiss cheeses into pie crust.
    Slice the tomatoes into thin wedges.
    Arrange, slightly overlapping in an attractive pattern over the cheese.
    Sprinkle with spices and sauteed onions over top, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes until tomatoes are tender.
