Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 large can peaches (halved or sliced)
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 9 x 11-inch pan.
Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
Add margarine and milk.
Pour in flat pan.
Pour over peaches, juice and all. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes until cake is done and slightly browned.
May be served warm with cream or plain. Serves 6.
