Layered Cheese Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Gruyere cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    3/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
    fresh spinach leaves
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, dried Italian seasoning and pepper in a mixing bowl; beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth.
    Line a lightly oiled 6 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving a 2-inch overhang on each side.
    Carefully spread about 1/3 of cream cheese mixture in loaf pan, smoothing to corner of pan.
