Date Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dates, chopped
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook sugar, milk and butter until syrup forms soft ball in cold water.
    Take off heat.
    Stir in dates and pecans.
    Roll in damp cloth.
    Makes 2 rolls.
    Put in refrigerator until firm.
    When firm, roll in foil and keep in refrigerator.
