Glenn'S Lemon Nut Cookie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Cream together the first six ingredients.
Add other ingredients and mix.
Form two rolls and wrap in waxed paper. Chill for two hours or longer.
Slice thin and bake at 300\u00b0 until brown.
