3-Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cut green beans
    1 can cut yellow beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1/2 c. sweet pepper (red or yellow)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain all beans; place in large bowl.
    Mix well the following: oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, onion and peppers in a saucepan.
    Heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over bean mixture; toss well.
    Refrigerate until chilled or overnight.
    This salad will keep a long time, covered, in refrigerator.
