Sauce For Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Cook beets until almost done, then pour sauce over them.
Cook for a little while longer.
