Turkey Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground white meat skinless turkey
1/2 c. crushed fat-free saltine crackers
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Egg Beater
1 Tbsp. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients together and roll into bite-size balls.
Place meatballs on top of broiler pan so any fat will fall through.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Use Spicy Sauce as dip for meatballs.
