Braised Rabbit In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rabbits, cut in pieces
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Roll rabbit pieces in flour.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Saute in skillet with margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients, cover and let simmer over low heat until tender. Usually takes 1 hour. (You may need to add more water as it cooks.)
