Cocoa Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar.
    Beat until soft peaks form.
    Gradually beat in sugar, a few tablespoons at a time.
    Beat until stiff.
    Fold in cocoa.
    Line cookie sheet with brown paper and drop batter with teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
    Bake in oven preheated to 275\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Cool before removing from pans.
    Yield:
    8 dozen.
