Cheese-Frosted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Remove\tleaves, trim base from cauliflower and place on rack to\tsteam
    over
    boiling
    water
    in a 12-inch Dutch oven. After steaming,
    place cauliflower in cake pan. Sprinkle with salt. Drain oven and heat for baking.
    Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread
    over cauliflower.
    Top with shredded cheese. Bake in Dutch oven in cake
    pan
    until
    cheese
    is
    melted and bubbly.
