Ingredients

2 onions (chop)
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 slices bread
2 c. water
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Chop onions.
Put in pot with a little oil to brown.
Once onions are brown, add 2 cups water and the bouillon cubes.
Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Then put this soup mixture in your bowls.
Add the bread and put the Mozzarella cheese on top of each.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
