Herbed Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    5 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo, divided
    2 c. milk
    1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Cook in a small amount of boiling, salted water about 10 minutes.
    Drain. Place in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
