Chocolate Festival Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 eggs
Chocolate Crumb Crust (recipe follows)
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a large mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, cocoa, sour cream and vanilla; beat on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
Add flour and eggs; beat well. Pour into Chocolate Crumb Crust.
Bake 10 minutes.
Without opening oven, reduce temperature to 250\u00b0; continue baking 30 minutes (cheesecake may not appear set in middle).
Turn off oven; leave cheesecake in oven for 30 minutes without opening door. Remove from oven.
With knife, loose cake from side of pan.
Cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
