Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine milk, oil and egg and beat well.
Combine dry ingredients and stir to make a smooth batter.
Grease griddle and cook over low heat.
Makes 9 (4-inch) pancakes.
