Stove Top Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Irish potatoes, sliced round
    butter
    onions to taste, sliced or chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    milk
    flour
Preparation
    In iron skillet, lightly brown potatoes and onions.
    When brown as desired, sprinkle enough flour to lightly coat potatoes. Fold in enough milk to cover all.
    Bring to light boiling stage. Cover with lid and simmer until tender.
