Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread cubes (approximately 12 slices)
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in a mixing bowl.
    Pour butter over the cubes; toss until coated.
    Add sugar, eggs, milk and pineapple. Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 60 minutes, until firm and brown.
    (Microwave directions; 15 to 20 minutes.)
    Serve warm or cold.
