Family Style Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    1 egg
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) can Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix lightly.
    Shape into loaf and place in Pyrex baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
