Cayenne Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a bowl beat eggs; add corn, cheese, cornmeal, sugar, soda, cayenne pepper and sour cream.
    Mix well. Melt butter and stir into batter.
    In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet or 9-inch square baking pan, place remaining butter.
    Heat pan in oven until butter melts.
    Immediately pour batter into pan and bake 25 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
