Frozen Strawberry Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    2 unbeaten egg whites
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. sliced strawberries or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, thawed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Stir together flour, brown sugar, nuts and oleo; spread on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread 2/3 of mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
