Ingredients

1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. sugar replacement
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. skim milk
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Combine cocoa, sugar replacement, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.
Stir in milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Reduce heat and cook 4 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Stir small amount into egg, then pour back into cocoa mixture.
Stir to blend and cook 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla and oleo; cool.
