Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh blackberries
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. ice water
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Dot with butter and set aside. Combine 1 cup flour and salt; cut in shortening with a pastry cutter until mixture is crumbly.
    Sprinkle ice water one tablespoon at a time evenly over surface.
    Stir with a fork until moistened.
    Shape into a ball.
