Crab Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 English muffins, sliced in half, then cut in fourths
12 oz. backfin crabmeat
1 stick softened margarine
7 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Spread with spoon on muffin quarters.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Freeze at least 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer and place under broiler until they are slightly golden brown and puff up (about 5 minutes).
Serve hot.
