Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; cook in boiling salted water until tender. Remove from water and cool.
    Peel and grate with a coarse grater. Add sour cream, onions, cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
    Mix and turn into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
