Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 deboned, skinned chicken breasts
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 small (8 or 12 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
    1 jar pineapple preserves
    flour
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken into thick strips; coat with flour, salt and pepper.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Combine onion soup mix, dressing and pineapple preserves in saucepan.
    Heat over low heat until well mixed.
    Pour over chicken.
    Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
