Microwave Hawaiian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 green peppers, cubed
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, eggs, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, onion, pepper, nutmeg, salt, garlic salt and cracker crumbs.
    Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
    Place in shallow 4 quart container.
    Microwave on High about 10 minutes.
    Rearrange once.
    Drain.
