Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz sour cream
3 c shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Layer all ingredients, starting with hash browns, butter, etc. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
