Twenty-Four Hour Egg Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices white bread
    butter
    3/4 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Butter one side of bread.
    Cut in about 1-inch cubes.
    Place bread evenly in well-greased
    9 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle bread with cheese.
    Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper; pour over bread mixture.
    Refrigerate casserole overnight.
    Bake, covered, in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until egg mixture is set.
    Uncover for the last 5 minutes baking time.
