Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together and pour over pineapple which has been put into a greased baking dish.
Add cheese over top and sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
Then pour melted margarine over all and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
