Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
raisins (as desired)
Preparation

Cook rice and set aside.
Mix together and add to egg, the flour and sugar.
Add milk to egg, flour and sugar mixture.
Add vanilla, melted butter or margarine and raisins.
Mix all together and put in a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
