Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 c. sliced & chopped onions
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. grated cheese (any kind)
Preparation

Pour melted margarine into the cracker crumbs and press into a pie pan to make a crust.
Saute the onions in the 2 Tbsp. of margarine for about 10 min.
Pour the onions over the crust. Slightly beat the eggs and milk and pour over the onions. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Bake 30 - 35 min. at 350\u00b0.
Let set 5 min. before serving.
