Baked Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    In large heavy pan, brown ground beef in oil with onion, garlic and parsley.
    Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Simmer 1 hour.
    Cook lasagna as directed on package.
    Mix together eggs and cottage cheese.
