Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 stick margarine
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In thick saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and flour.
    Add milk, vanilla and margarine.
    Cook over medium heat until it boils.
    Reduce heat and cook until thickened.
    (This makes a thin syrup to serve over plain cake, etc.
    To make a thicker syrup to serve over ice cream, increase flour to 4 tablespoons.)
