Gourmet Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sour cream
    salt
Preparation
    Cook frozen peas in broth until barely tender.
    Drain off liquid; reserve for later use.
    Stir sour cream into peas; heat only until peas are coated and cream is hot.
    Season to taste with salt.
