Double Crust Fresh Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, sliced apples
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Add apples, butter and flavoring mix well.
    Pour into an unbaked pie crust.
    Sprinkle nutmeg over mixture, trim excess crust, fold edges under and crimp. Put small slits in top crust.
    Bake 60 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
