Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chicken broth
    5 medium baked potatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 generous shaking dried chives
    1 c. coffee cream or frozen creamer
Preparation
    Make chicken broth.
    I like using Spice Island chicken stock base.
    Remove meat of potatoes and put in blender with salt, pepper, butter, sugar and chives.
    Add a little broth and beat until liquid.
    Add to rest of broth and cook gently for 5 minutes. Before serving, add 1 cup of cream and reheat.
    Adjust salt to taste.
    Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
