Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. herb seasoned croutons
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch dish; arrange croutons in bottom and sprinkle with cheese and mushrooms.
    Cook sausage until brown and drain.
    Place over cheese and mushroom mixture.
    Beat eggs, milk, soup and mustard.
    Pour over all.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until set for 1 1/2 hours.
    May be prepared ahead and refrigerated overnight and then baked.
