Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1/2 c. hot water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order given.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Makes 14 large cupcakes.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
