Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and salt.
Add milk and vanilla; mix well but do not beat.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
