No-Bake Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 large can evaporated milk, chilled thoroughly
    24 graham crackers
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Make crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with oleo. Press into 10 x 13-inch pan.
    Dissolve jello in hot water. Crumble cheese in hot mixture and heat until cheese dissolves. Beat.
    Add sugar and vanilla and mix well.
    Whip milk until thick. Pour cheese and jello mixture into whipped milk and mix well. Pour over crust.
    Chill.
    Garnish with cherry pie filling or favorite garnish.
    Can be frozen.
    Serves 12.
