Giant Shell Lasagne(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. giant shell pasta
    2 (26 3/4 oz.) Hunts light spaghetti sauce
    3 c. non-fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 lb. ground skinless turkey, cooked and drained
    1 (15 oz.) carton non-fat Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Alpine Lace fat-free Parmesan cheese
    3 Egg Beaters (3/4 c.) beaten
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed.
    Cook turkey in a bowl in microwave. Cover bowl with wax paper and cook for 5 minutes.
    Stir and cook 3 to 4 minutes longer.
    Drain.
    In a large bowl, add spaghetti sauce and turkey.
    In another bowl, blend Ricotta cheese, Egg Beaters and 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
